Yet Again on the Bronze Coins Minted at Gamla

Abstract

After a recent suggestion to the contrary, the author reasserts his belief that only one
obverse and two reverse dies are known for the ‘Gamla’ coins. This is accomplished by
superimposing coin images in a computer application, as well as by discussing several
aspects of the coins’ production, use and chronology.
